Come explore how we can be the  most vital and effective church we can be in the 21st Century church with Rev. Randy Clayton!

PART IOn Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings (July 21-23), we’ll be discussing the book Canoeing the Mountains: Christian Leadership in Uncharted Territory, by Pastor Tod Bolsinger.  This practical leadership resource offers illuminating insights and practical tools to help us reimagine what effective church leadership looks like in our rapidly changing world.  “If you're going to scale the mountains of ministry, you need to leave behind canoes and find new navigational tools.”  The book is available for purchase online at Amazon or Christian Book Distributers.   Please read book prior to July 21st.

PART IIOn Sunday evening of July 28 and August 4, we’ll explore some marks of congregational vitality based on a variety of research.  Note, the conversations of Part I are not required for you to fully participate in Part II!  All will be welcomed.

Please contact office@rccpc.org if you have any questions.

Pre-registration is always appreciated, but not required.  You may register for part I or part II by clicking here:
