He Had a Face: Christian Faith & Art Class
Adult Ministry All Church

Join us in Fellowship Hall on Sundays, February 16th & 23rd at 8:30 am, along with our new Parish Associate, Pastor Jones, as he leads a two-week exploration into faith in Jesus Christ as expressed in art around the world and down through the ages.
Each week we'll be considering different artistic expressions of Jesus in two ways:
- Discussing the artists' unique faith in Christ; and,
- How each artist expressed that faith artistically.
To help us look at each artistic portrayal, Dr. Jones has invited two Art Educators from the Delaware Art Museum, Danielle Battaglia and Carol Griffin. Some of the art we'll be studying is from the collections at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.--a location you may travel to with members of our congregation on March 1 (use separate registration form).
"He Had a Face" promises an engaging conversation of both what we believe about Jesus, and the intriguing way artists have expressed that faith for over 2,000 years.
Let us know you'll be attending by registering for the class.
